We have over 20,000 items in stock and if we don't have it we will be happy to order it for you.

Akamai is owned and operated by Johanna Wiseman and Shirley Spencer. Shirley and Johanna owned art supply stores in Hawaii before moving to Port Townsend opening a store there. They returned to Kona with Akamai Art in 2013. They are both Certified Art Materials Professionals. This certification is granted by the International Art Materials Trade Association and requires passing a comprehensive exam covering the use of art materials and product knowledge.
